 Depuis 1865 l'histoire de Glenfarclas c'est l'histoire d'une famille, les Grant.
Aujourd'hui aux mains de la cinquième et sixième génération de la famille, les Grant sont toujours unis par la même volonté : créer un whisky écossais des Highlands pur et parfait, dans le style traditionnel de Speyside.
La collection <B>Family Casks</B> est une collection unique de 43 millésimes 'single cask' de chaque année de 1952 à 1994.
Notes de dégustation:
Riche, sombre, presqu'un café. Un nez puissant avec une dominante de xérès et des notes de gâteau aux fruits, amandes, raisin sec. En bouche, un whisky ample avec des saveurs de vanille et de caramel au beurre. La finale est longue et puissante avec un goût persistant de chocolat amer. |
