 Highland Park 50 years est la plus ancienne et la plus prestigieuse édition de la distillerie. Seules 275 bouteilles de cette remarquable Edition Limitée sont disponibles. Il s'agit d'une cuvaison de cinq fûts distillée en 1960.
<b>La robe</b> : Limpide et brillante avec des reflets d'acajou poli.
<b>Le nez</b> : Bois et vieux tabac au premier abord, complexe et profond. Lentement, les notes se portent sur des fruits et épices, quetsches cuites, raisins secs et noix de muscade.
<b>La bouche</b> : A pleine puissance, un goût riche et épicé, avec à l'avant des tannins et d'excellentes notes de sucre muscovado, et une pointe de cire. Par la suite, émergent des saveurs de zestes d'oranges, de camphre et de girofle. |
